Please join us for a Lunch With meetup, a (virtual) meal with a classmate.

Our April 2025 guest will be Dr. William Alleyne, a pulmonologist/intensivist based in Rock Hill, South Carolina.

Bill recently wound down his practice and entered another phase of practicing medicine and mentoring the next generation of doctors.

After graduation, Bill attended New York University School of Medicine. Following residency at Harlem Hospital Center, he completed a pulmonary/critical care fellowship at Montefiore/Albert Einstein College of Medicine in the Bronx. Bill served as Associate Chief of Critical Care, Beth Israel Medical Center in NYC prior to relocating to Charlotte.

In Charlotte, Bill served as a faculty member of the Department of Medicine at Carolinas Medical Center, where he co-founded the hospitalist program. His academic appointments include Assistant Clinical Professor of Medicine, Albert Einstein College of Medicine and Clinical Assistant Professor of Medicine, UNC-Chapel Hill.
