Lunches With in 2025: what have we learned?

What's working:
  • NOT recording makes these vibrant. 
  • Solid beginning: 
    • the guest introduces the interviewer
    • the interviewer introduces the guest
    • other attendees can introduce themselves in the chat
  • People who register can share the Zoom link themselves. But if you register you'll get the reminder links (the evening before, one hour before).
To do better:
  • We need to watch the registrations carefully on the day of the event because some folks register then.
  • We are working to send the Zoom link IN the confirmation email.
  • Other ideas?
